    Find NeoInstaller.deb

    Open the Files app and go to your Downloads folder.

    Double-click to install

    Ubuntu opens the Software Installer. Click Install and enter your password if prompted.

    Launch from the App Grid

    Press the Super key, search for "Neo" and launch it, or find it in your app drawer.
